I loved Non-Stop but I think I would have been VERY annoyed if someone deprived me of the big surprise which Aldiss cleverly withheld for quite some time. The alternative (U.S.) title was a major spoiler I’ve always thought.
This book must have been so difficult to promote. Another metaphor for the plot would be Russian Nesting Dolls. The review is so short because I really didn’t want to reveal more than had already been revealed through the title change and the description on the back of the book. A very good read!
